Welcome
I am so glad you are here. To be able to partner with you and your children on this path is such an honor and truly a pleasure. With this world becoming increasingly toxic, we cannot ignore the importance of creating the best foundation for our children’s health.
Psalm 127:4 “Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth.”
Now is the time to reclaim the intentionality of parenting. We are not mama bears reacting impulsively to threats, but instead we are warriors. We are calculated and intentional in what food we give our kids, what environment we create for their wellbeing, and, with all the effort we can muster, what foundation we give them to truly thrive. For the future generations, we are going to need warrior mamas to raise up warriors who stand strong and healthy.
We need mamas ready to teach them the importance of what goes in and on their bodies. Mamas ready to teach them to listen to what their bodies are telling them, and to discern whether that signal is for their good or for their harm. Mamas patient to grow that discernment to better understand how and what they are feeling. Warrior mamas encouraging them to never stop asking questions. And then, moms building a community of warriors to support and fight right alongside each other for better health. Establishing a solid family team and a thriving community to help today’s children - tomorrow’s leaders - be as healthy as they can be.
If we fight for it, we will raise up a generation of warriors that aren’t content settling for an easy button, but are willing to put in the work for the best outcome, because they have seen - and you have showed them - that it is worth it.
Getting Started
First, what is your story? What is your child’s story? Every superhero has an origin story. I would love to challenge you to start sharing your story with others.

Next, identify what elements are already natural for you and your family. Maybe you already spend a lot of time in nature, but need to focus on nutrition. Or maybe nutrition is your strength, but you just aren’t sure how to best handle acute illnesses. Understand where you are coming from first, and then build from there. Always come back to reassess, and keep moving forward.
What is your mission? Where would you like to see your family improve, or where do you need the most help?
And finally, the information here is systematic but does not have to be listened to, or read, in any particular order. The order information is presented is just the natural order I tend to see played out. But make this your own! Take the equation:
How to Implement = Easy + 1
Do what already comes easily, and add one new element or goal. When that becomes natural, chose a new focus, and so on.
