This Faith and Wellness Event brings together the spiritual and physical aspects of healing and wellness to inspire a holistic approach to health.
This event is intentionally small and intimate, allowing for meaningful connections and impactful discussions. We look forward to growing this vision with larger events in the future, creating a community united in faith and wellness.

This is a combination of our both in person and post event workbooks from the last two events. This is filled with content, recipes, prayers and more. This is for those who were not able to attend but still want some of the written information, tools and tips that were presented at both events.

What this event is:
Bridging the spiritual and physical aspects of health and wellness. This event is anchored by scripture and led by the Spirit. We believe that finding and knowing our identity in Christ come first. Out of that confidence and overflow, we can step into the body He created us to tend to and steward well.
The event will be filled with worship, prayer, good food & teaching. Our desire is that you come away with a community of like-minded women to encourage one another and to help each other to run this race well.
Your ticket will cover your registration to the event, snacks throughout the day on Saturday as well as lunch. This also covers a gift bag full of goodies that you get to take home.

What this event is not:
We will not be focusing on outer beauty/appearance/aesthetics. This is not a Botox or facial party. We will not be focusing on self love, self care (as the world sees it) self help - we believe this leaves out any dependence on the Lord and often focused on muscling it ourselves.
About Us

Brittney is a physical therapist, business owner, wife, and mom of three. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke University while also working as a certified personal trainer. Over the past 12 years, she has gained experience across multiple settings, including oncology, neurology, orthopedics, home health, and acute care.
In June 2024, she founded Vitality Physical Therapy & Wellness, a faith-based practice that takes a whole-person approach to care- treating physical impairments while also acknowledging the powerful role emotional, spiritual, and nutritional health play in pain, function, and movement.
Vitality specializes in helping women address pain, weakness, and pelvic floor concerns across every stage of life, with a focus on pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
Brittney believes that while physical therapy can support the body’s healing, it is ultimately Jesus who provides true restoration of body, mind, and soul. -
Emily is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, who after being sick herself for years, she dove head first into a new way of supporting the body and found it worked. She dove into school, classes, conferences and more learning about how to better support the body. This lead her to starting Gracious Healing, an online only practice working on supporting clients with an bio-individual approach.
Through her Gracious Healing practice, she is honored to walk alongside so many parents & their kids in the health space to help identify root causes and bring healing and hope.
She has been married for 16 years and has two teens, whom she homeschools.
