Kids Health Assessment

Where are your kids starting out? If we do not measure, how will we know if we are making progress? In the same way that we use a yard stick to measure how much our child has grown, we can measure progress through assessments.

Often with our busy lives, we can forget to measure (and celebrate!) the progress our family has made. Going back through old journals or past memories and remembering where we have come from is an important part of this journey. If we do not take time to look back on where we have come from, how do we know where we need to go?

One of the ways we can do this is by understanding where your child is starting out by completing a beginning assessment and then having a plan in a few months to go back and see what progress has been made.

This can be insightful, offering clues, to some of the potential weak links your child might be exhibiting or experiencing.

Disclaimer: Assessments are subjective and symptoms can often overlap. Bed wetting, for example: this could be an issue with mold, parasites, blood sugar, or the need for kidney support. This does not diagnose. This is only intended to help identify patterns and key symptoms that your child could benefit from addressing.

There is no one perfect assessment, but listed below are a few of my favorites to choose from.

Health Assessments

  • NAQ

  • Cellcore Assesment

Great place to look at overall burden of the body
